Staying consistent with your workouts is hard I’ve been there. Life, shifts, commitments all get in the way, the only way I’ve managed to stay consistent is through accountability, creating good habits and community.

My mum, sister, partner and dad all want to be consistent but like most, motivation fades after a couple weeks and their back to square one. I started a family consistency challenge and we’ve already seen a 4x increase in consistency, so I figured if it works for us, it can help others too.

That’s why I’m building Tone Club, a tool for people getting started, helping them stay consistent, build habits, and get the support they need whilst making working out fun and less like a chore.”
