TONE CLUB SOLUTION:
Most people don’t struggle with motivation, they struggle with consistency. Apps give data. Gyms give access. But staying accountable and feeling part of a community? That’s what actually keeps people showing up.
We are developing a system built around accountability, innovation, and community. Members share progress, push each other, and make consistency natural.
We’re currently running our MVP challenges and early experiments to make Tone Club the best place to stay consistent and motivated.
This is your chance to join the first 200 members, try our early challenges, give feedback, and help shape the community from the ground up.

meet the founders:
“Hey i’m Lia, co- founder of Tone Club, I’ve tried pretty much everything out there to stay consistent with my workouts, but nothing ever really stuck. I’d start full of energy, smash a few sessions, and then life would catch up, shift patterns, work, or just feeling burnt out, and the habit would disappear.
What finally worked for me wasn’t a new plan or fancy program, it was having someone holding me accountable. Knowing that someone else was counting on me made all the difference. That moment of clarity is what inspired me to build Tone Club alongside Ewan, a way to bring that same accountability and consistency to others struggling like we did.”

“Hey, Ewan here, co-founder of Tone Club. When I was most consistent with my workouts, it was always with a partner pushing me someone who held me accountable, didn’t let me skip, and made showing up part of my routine. During that time, I felt mentally and physically at my best.
Like always life gets in the way, different shift patterns and other commitments meant we couldn’t always work out together, and I started missing sessions. Slowly, the habit faded, and eventually I even cancelled my gym membership. I realised that consistency isn’t about motivation or plans it’s about having someone there, checking in, making sure you show up. Lia and I both know first-hand how painful it is to keep having to start over, not doing something that you know will improve your mental and physical health. That’s why we built Tone Club, to help people avoid going through the same struggle we did.”
